After the release of the handheld Super Smash Bros. to 3DS on Friday, Nintendo has finally told us the release date for the game's Wii U version. The newest iteration of the Nintendo franchise fighting game will be out Nov. 21 in the United States.
Nintendo was previously cagey with the game's release date, only pinning it to a "holiday 2014" window, leaving fans to suspect the game's release date would be pushed into 2015.
The Super Smash Bros. 3DS version debuted on Oct. 3 in North America and on Sept. 13 in Japan. The game has sold 2.8 million copies since its release, Nintendo announced Tuesday morning. Read more...
