Thomas Menino, a former mayor of Boston, died Thursday, but his political influence lives on — at least until ballots are counted for the upcoming U.S. midterm elections.
Menino filled out an absentee ballot before his death, according to The Boston Globe, though his spokesperson is not revealing who or what he voted for. The elections are set to take place on Nov. 4.
