Edward Snowden still has a sense of humor, despite the fact that if he steps on U.S. soil, he faces several charges under the Espionage Act.
In a Reddit AMA on Monday, Snowden wrote that he laughed at Neil Patrick Harris' joke following Citizenfour's Oscars win for Best Documentary Feature that Snowden "couldn’t be here, for some treason.” (For the record, Snowden is not being charged with treason; he faces charges of theft of government property, unauthorized communication of national defense information and willful communication of classified communications intelligence information to an unauthorized person.)
