Australia's Foreign Minister answers Thermomix question using human emoji

Australia's Foreign Minister Julie Bishop is so obsessed with her new found tool of emoji, she has taken to answering interview questions in the picture language.

Appearing on the Today Show on Wednesday, Bishop was asked by host Karl Stefanovic what she thought of revelations the Governor-General's office had requested a $2,000 Thermomix.

"Julie Bishop, do you know what a Thermomix is? Two grand for an appliance is a lot of money," Stefanovic asked.
