Two NYPD officers are reportedly under investigation after an incident in which they punched and pistol-whipped an unarmed Brooklyn teen. Now, a video has emerged showing the severity of the brutality against Kahreem Tribble in the early hours of Aug. 29
In the security-camera footage, obtained by community-news outlet DNAinfo New York , Tribble is seen running away from two police officers at 2:16 a.m. in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn
He then stops and turns toward police. One officer throws a punch, which Tribble dodges, before putting his hands in the air, and taking several steps away from the officer. Another policeman appears, and initially points a gun at Tribble, before hitting him with it. The first officer then punches Tribble while he is on the ground.
