From Wednesday, Instagram is going to make a profit from your scrolling. The company is adding advertising to your feed
Using the tag "sponsored," ads from nine companies will kick off the new arrangement. Expect to see the brands Vegemite, Tourism Queensland, Ben & Jerry’s, Toyota, Flight Centre, Audi, Lenovo, McDonald’s and Philadelphia Cream Cheese edging their way in between photos of sunsets and breakfasts.
