Chelsea Clinton tweeted early Saturday morning that she gave birth to a girl named Charlotte.
The baby will be taking both her and husband Marc Mezvinsky's last names.
Marc and I are full of love, awe and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our daughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky.
