After a failed ransom attempt, a truck driver abandoned nearly 37,000 pounds of rotting frozen chicken near a Montana truck stop, leaving rancid juices dripping out of the semi-trailer.

The load was surrounded by flies and crime scene tape on Thursday as temperatures topped 90 degrees.
