On Wednesday's episode of the Science Channel's All-American Makers, a Shark Tank-esque series for tech innovators, the show's experts are put in the hot seat of the Raht Racer, "a pedal-powered electric vehicle" that, it's designers say, has the ability to reach 70 miles per hour
