The dawn of Hyperlapse music videos is upon us
Fall Out Boy, the band who brought us Flappy Bird clone Fall Out Bird , just released a new song accompanied by a music video that partially uses footage filmed via time-lapse app Hyperlapse. The "Centuries" video speeds through cityscapes and concert footage.
Though time-lapse videos are not new, the app makes it simpler for musicians, big or small, to employ the method for their music videos in two simple taps.
New Jersey-based band Radiant Life Perspective, for example, used only an iPhone 5s and Instagram's Hyperlapse app to create "Strange Gifts," below.
