Adobe launched Photoshop Express for Windows PhoneThursday, finally bringing its first image-editing app to the platform.
The app will follow the same freemium model as the iOS and Android version of Photoshop Express, with basic editing features available for free and more advanced effects available through in-app purchases
The app provides a variety of tools for making small adjustments—cropping, rotating and removing red eye—as well as controls to fine tune the look of your photos, including adjustments for brightness, contrast, exposure and clarity. Read more...
