HBO's Silicon Valley is finally back
With Season 2 slated to debut on Sunday, Mashable got an early preview of the show's first two episodes at the its San Francisco premiere. In a nutshell, they mostly play to strengths of Season 1, featuring a slew of cameos from prominent startup founders and CEOs, tech-fueled gags and yes, lots of penis jokes.
When we last saw the Pied Piper crew, they were still reveling in the glory of winning TechCrunch Disrupt's startup competition. Predictably, their sudden notoriety has come with new challenges, as Richard (Thomas Middleditch) and Erlich (T.J. Miller) attempt — often clumsily — to navigate Silicon Valley's expectations of hyped startups. Read more...
