For years, we've been trying to figure out where Scott Forstall, Apple's former senior vice-president of iOS, had gone since leaving the company in 2012. Admittedly, we didn't expect the answer to be Broadway.
You remember Forstall. He was Apple co-founder Steve Jobs's protégé, largely responsible for the look and feel of iOS from 2007 until 2012. His love of skeuomorphism was unbridled, and for a time, it looked like he could be a candidate for CEO.
But Forstall had problems working well with others, and after a series of public missteps (namely Apple Maps), Forstall was fired in late 2012
