Winter is over, and as the sun comes out so do your favorite music festival's lineups, causing nationwide excitement
A 2014 study from Eventbrite and Mashwork found that 1 in 10 Americans had attended a music festival within the previous year — including 1 in 5 millennials (ages 17 to 34). All those music fans offer major profits for these festivals; in 2012, California's Coachella grossed more than $47 million.
But what does it take to plan, execute and then clean up these multi-day music oases? A lot of people.
