It's been over a week since the Russian president made his last public appearance, prompting Muscovites and the world to wonder what's become of him. Hashtags such as #WhereisPutin and #ПутинУмер, which translates to "Putin's dead," are trending.
It's been well over 72 hours so according to Russian law we can file a missing persons report #WhereIsPutin
