The makers of Grand Theft Auto said Lindsay Lohan sued to get attention when she claimed the video-game series' latest installment features a character based on her.
In Manhattan court papers made public Tuesday, Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and subsidiary Rockstar Games call the case frivolous, and maintain it was "filed for publicity purposes." They want the case dismissed, and are demanding the Mean Girls star pay their legal fees.
Lohan's lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
