Glassdoor's New Tool Reveals Which Tech Companies Have the Best Benefits

As tech companies such as Facebook, Google and Apple try to lure top talent, job seekers can now compare the benefits packages of all these places using a new tool on job site Glassdoor.

Glassdoor, which lets anonymous employees write reviews of companies, launched a new feature on Wednesday that enables users to read reviews and see rankings of the benefits offered at workplaces in tech and other industries

The site, which has more than 300,000 companies in its database, aims to take the guesswork out of comparing and researching benefits.
