Comcast's CEO wants customers to know that its title as the second-most hated company in the U.S. is not one it tries to earn
Speaking at Recode's Code Conference on Wednesday, Brian Roberts discussed the cable provider's poor customer-service reputation.
"We don't wake up every day, and go to work and say, 'We want to be hated,'" he said in response to a question from a person in the crowd.
Roberts shifted the blame onto other companies, explaining that Comcast is the most consumer-facing company in the industry
