Amazon is readying the launch of a limited streaming music selection to augment the existing television, movie and book offerings on its Prime service
The new feature will provide access to songs that have been out for at least six months, according to a report from BuzzFeed . The service could launch as early as June.
Amazon's music selection won't quite compete with the likes of Spotify or Pandora, but adds to the growing media offering that the company has accumulated. The company announced in April that its Prime service had acquired the rights to older HBO shows, such as The Sopranos. Read more...
