In "Pimento," the ninth episode in Better Call Saul's first season, we learn that the source of Jimmy McGill's professional strife actually resides far, far too close to home, and that Mike's savviness in the criminal realm is not to be messed with.
With Chuck on the slow but steady electromagnetic mend, he and Jimmy are formulating their next steps when it comes to their class action lawsuit against Sandpiper, a retirement facility chain. Jimmy manages to dodge a restraining order thrown at him by Sandpiper's counsel; but Chuck tells Jimmy that, unfortunately, the legal tit for tat and paper drowning from opposing legal counsel is only just beginning.
