The dancing man, also known as Sean, was bullied for just trying to have a good time, so Cassandra Fairbanks (and thousands of her friends) set out to make it right.
Fairbanks, a writer at The Free Thought Project in Los Angeles, first saw the screenshot of Sean being ridiculed on 4chan when it was posted in her L.A.-based online group called GNI. " I like to say we are a girl cult. I suppose group is more appropriate though," Fairbanks told Mashable.
"We were all devastated. I offered to buy a flight if we found him and everyone agreed to help throw a party. Everyone was on board after we discussed whether or not this would be harmful or beneficial to him. We ultimately decided invitations to dance are always acceptable," she said. Read more...
