Ten people, including multiple French sportspeople, have been killed in a helicopter crash in Argentina during filming for a French reality television show.
Two helicopters, one from the television show and one government-owned, crashed into each other on Monday in the hills of La Rioja, Argentina, according to Argentinean news site Clarin . The area is 1,100 kilometers (700 miles) north of the country's capital, Buenos Aires.
Eight French Nationals, who were members of cast and crew from the survival show Dropped, were traveling in the helicopters at the time of the crash along with two Argentinean pilots. All died in the fiery crash in the town of Villa Castellia. Read more...
