Congress has to pass a government funding bill before Dec. 11 in order to stop the second government shutdown in two years. But not everyone thinks that's such a bad idea

Some Republican politicians want to withhold money from the upcoming funding bill that would finance President Barack Obama's immigration policies. This would force the president to either sign a bill he doesn't want or send it back to Congress, causing another shutdown that would last until the two sides came to an agreement
