North Korea suffered another Internet outage on Saturday, less than a week after another interruption — believed to have been caused by an external attack — left the country without online access for more than nine-and-a-half hours.
Xinhua News Agency, a state-run media outlet in China, reported the outage, which impacted North Korea's Internet and 3G cell phone network
