Google has added another city to its Google Fiber-enabled list, and it's a big one: Austin, Texas. The company announced on its Fiber blog Monday that it has started accepting sign-ups for the service in the south and southeast areas of Austin
Austinites can choose between three Fiber plans: Gigabit + TV for $130 per month, Gigabit Internet for $70 per month, and Basic Internet for exactly zero bucks — provided you're ready to pay the $300 construction fee (which is absent from the other two plans)
There's an option for businesses as well, at $100 per month for a 1 gigabit speed, with static IP as an option for $20 per month (or $30 per month for a bundle of five) Read more...
