Mike Wilson wanted to make his son Jayden's birthday extra special this year, so he surprised him by jumping off the roof in full Spider-Man attire and hung out with him on his special day
Just over a year ago, Jayden, who is now 5-years-old, was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor and is expected to have only one year to live. If that wasn't enough heartbreak, Jayden's most recent MRI scan showed that his tumor had increased significantly.
