Robin Williams was sober when he committed suicide, coroner says

LOS ANGELES — Robin Williams had no alcohol or illegal drugs when he hanged himself this summer, according to a final report from the Marin County coroner.

Williams had struggled with alcohol and drugs his entire adult life, but was sober when he committed suicide on Aug. 11. The final report, which included toxicology results, was released Friday (below). It revealed only therapeutic prescription medications and caffeine in his system.
