If a teenager takes a selfie in a national park and no one sees it, did it really happen?


Yellowstone National Park is known for its beautiful natural landscapes and wildlife, but that may not be enough to carry it — and other parks — through the next century.



Park officials are discussing a $34 million fiber-optic line through Grand Teton National Park into Yellowstone in Wyoming with multinational communications company CenturyLink, according to Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER), which filed a public records request for the information.
