Add NBCUniversal to the rapidly growing list of television content providers embracing Internet-based subscription services

The Comcast-owned company is working on an over-the-top (OTT) subscription service that would stream video to customers over the Internet, as first reported by The Wall Street Journal and confirmed by Mashable.
