Parents in Britain, inspired by TV shows, are naming their newborns after their favourite characters, according to new research by parenting site Babycentre.

Piper has increased 267% on last year, due to the popularity of Netflix's series Orange is the New Black, while Emilia Clarke, the actress who plays Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO series Game of Thrones, has propelled the name Emilia onto the top 100 list as a new entry at number 53 Read more...
