Two men who allegedly purchased explosives to use in pipe bombs that they planned to set off during protests in Ferguson, Missouri were arraigned Friday in federal court.
The FBI arrested the unnamed men, who are supposedly members of the new Black Panthers, according to CBS, on Thursday as part of an undercover operation
