  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Corriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tumeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes or Pureed is better
  • Approx 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • Salt To taste
  • Corriander leaves for garnish
