Apparently the year 2014 will go down in history as the year Noah Ritter stole the Internet's heart.
Ritter's first brush with Internet fame came in August when he wooed the world with an impromptu "apparently" broadcast on a local news channel
Since then, Ritter has made plenty of public appearances, including recurring spots on The Ellen Show. Ellen previously sent this precocious kid to chill with dinosaurs, and now she's sent Ritter to the Texas State Fair, where he ridiculed a police officer and revealed that L.A. pizza is apparently terrible.
